Joey Perkins, CPA

Joey is a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for helping others pursue their financial goals. He attended Appalachian State University, graduating in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He went on to receive his CPA license and also holds Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, as well as comprehensive insurance licenses.

Joey has been working in the financial industry for over 25 years, including eight years in public accounting and 17 years in private accounting. As a CPA, he is committed to providing our clients with tax-centric financial plans that help them keep more of what they earn and get them even closer to their dreams for the future.

He now lives in King, North Carolina, where he works to actively give back to his community. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NCACPA, and has served on the board of directors of the Stokes Family YMCA, the King Public Library, and the Pine Brook Country Club. Joey and his wife, Billie, have one daughter together, who has followed in her dad’s footsteps and graduated from his alma mater. They are active members of the Polar Springs Church of Christ.
