Our Community Outreach "Be the Change"

Achieving What You Want Is Not Nearly as Important as Giving What You Have

Cannon Wealth Management has a team of committed individuals that spend their work hours helping others plan strategies to put in place in a pursuit of achieving financial success. Afterhours however that very same team works just as diligently helping support local non-profits in achieving a different kind of success.

We believe that giving is not about donating, it's about making a difference. Giving back to the community is always about serving. It's the service that touches a soul and makes a difference. If it puts a smile on someone's face, then it is not a waste of time. So never refrain yourself from doing little things for others, it's those little things that can make such a huge impact on someone's life.

A community created by people living in service of others is one full of happiness and trust. The key is getting excited about doing something small for someone. A wise person said that you should give not because you have plenty but because you know how it feels not to have.

Below are a few of the organizations that we support and volunteer our time and sponsorship to. We have the utmost respect for what they do, and who they serve. Each will have their contact information and websites listed. Please read more about what they do, and maybe it will inspire you to get involved as well.

What They Do

Changing the system of child abuse, children's advocacy centers bring every process that a child must go through underneath one safe, neutral roof. We provide Forensic Interview, Child Abuse Medical Examinations, Victim Advocacy, Mental Health Treatment, Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork, Coordinated Case Review Services, and Community Outreach. These services are provided to boys and girls, ages birth through 17, who have experienced (or are suspected of experiencing) physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect and/or are witness to violence.

What They Do

Free from the confines of disease, illness or disability, children discover that they can just be kids! How does this happen? Victory Junction is a medically safe, yet exhilarating camp, that challenges children who have a serious medical condition to try things they never imagined possible. As they conquer activities like zip lining and archery or experience bowling, fishing or swimming, children build confidence that will shape how they view the rest of their lives.
